Support
Email Support@MCPify.app with your store address. We answer on business days; Agency stores are handled first.
Report a problem from your AI client
Ask your AI client to report the issue to MCPify. It drafts a short technical report, shows it to you and sends it only after you agree. No logs or conversation history are sent.
Common questions
Connecting the store fails
The store must be reachable over HTTPS, and the WordPress REST API must not be blocked by a security plugin or firewall for MCPify (wp-json or ?rest_route=). Connect from WooCommerce › MCPify as an administrator and approve the API key. If it still fails, the plugin page shows the reason.
My AI client says 401 or cannot connect
Check the URL: OAuth clients use the server URL ending in /mcp, API keys use the connection URL /mcp/<connection-id>. A new API key or a revoked connection stops old credentials; reconnect the client. A shop manager's approval lasts 7 days, an administrator's 90.
Continue in WordPress admin does not find my store
Enter the address of the store as it appears in WooCommerce › MCPify, for example shop.example.com. The store must be connected, and the plugin must be version 0.4.0 or later. You can always use a pairing code from the connection's page instead.
A request was blocked
The message names the missing permission or limit. Open the connection in the MCPify dashboard and change it. The change applies to the next request; start a new chat so the client sees newly allowed tools. The audit log shows every blocked request and why.
A tool is missing
Tools only appear when the connection, your plan and the store's API key allow them: a read-only key never offers changes. Ask the AI to call get_capabilities to see what is enabled.
Results look incomplete
Large lists come in pages. The AI must continue until the last page; the result says how many items and pages there are.
