Refund policy

1. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Each store gets one trial; a later subscription for the same store starts with the first payment.

2. 14-day refund

If you are not happy with MCPify, you get a full refund of a subscription's first payment when you ask for it within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.

3. Later payments

You can cancel at any time in the MCPify dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments and partly used periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we could not provide the service.

4. How to ask for a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Ask for a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net, or email us at Support@MCPify.app and we arrange it with Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. Statutory rights

MCPify is offered to businesses. Any rights you have under the law stay unaffected.
